West Temple Gateway

The West Temple Gateway Project Area was created in 1987 and will sunset in 2013. It includes a total of 92 acres of privately owned property. click here

The West Temple Gateway Neighborhood Development Plan, dated August 1, 1987, outlines historic development objectives for the area. Among others, the objectives include establishing a “south downtown” focused along West Temple Street, encouraging land use transition from low-density residential/commercial mix to new service commercial uses, and improving the streetscape environment with coordinated streetscape features.
