INVITATION TO BID

ON GARBAGE/REFUSE PICK UP AND DISPOSAL

The Redevelopment Agency's Selection Committee has made its selection and the Agency is currently negotiating the contract with the selected bidder. When the contract has been officially awarded this message will reflect the selection status.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT

 1193 - 1233 EAST WILMINGTON AVENUE

The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City received nine proposals for the development of the Wilmington property. The Agency's Selection Committee will shortlist all proposals for approval by the RDA Board of Directors, currently scheduled to take place in March 2010.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION

GALLIVAN UTAH CENTER REPAIR AND RENOVATION PROJECT

The Redevelopment Agency has received qualifications from proposers in response to its  Request for Qualifications. The Agency's Selection Committee has chosen the shortlisted general contractors. Proposers that made the shortlist will receive further instructions on the bidding procedure.
